Terms & Client Agreement

Clear terms are the foundation of trust. The following sets out the agreement between you (the Client) and NewCloneWatches.com.

I. Ordering & Payment

1.1Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account or place an order with NewCloneWatches.com.

1.2Availability

We maintain a real-time “Ready to Ship” inventory. High-demand models may occasionally involve a short wait — your contact will let you know promptly if so.

1.3Payment Methods

We accept bank wire, cryptocurrency, and PayPal. Orders paid by USDT or wire receive a 10% discount. PayPal is available on orders that clear our manual review, and for returning clients. For first-time orders above a certain value, we may request basic verification to help prevent fraud — a measure that protects both sides.

1.4Cancellation

You may cancel for a full refund before your Quality Control (QC) media is approved. Once you approve QC and the parcel is dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.

II. Shipping & Customs

2.1Global Delivery

We ship worldwide through established courier services. Standard expedited delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days, depending on destination.

2.2Customs Handling Assistance

If a parcel is held by customs (for reasons not caused by incorrect client details), we will arrange a one-time complimentary reshipment or a full refund — the risk is ours, not yours.
If a hold or failed delivery results from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we’ll do our best to help resolve it, though a reshipment in that case may involve additional cost.
Local import duties or taxes, where they apply, are set by your own government and remain the client’s responsibility.

2.3Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no update for more than 30 days, the parcel is treated as lost, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

III. Returns, Replacements & Warranty

3.17-Day Inspection

You have 7 calendar days from delivery to inspect your timepiece.
If a genuine manufacturing defect is found, we provide a complimentary replacement and cover the return logistics.
If you simply change your mind, you may return it for a refund (you cover return shipping), provided it is unworn with all factory seals and stickers intact. A restocking fee may apply to items returned without a qualifying defect.

3.21-Year Movement Warranty

We cover the mechanical movement for 12 months, including timekeeping within our stated tolerance (calibrated to within ±15 seconds/day at dispatch; a warranty claim applies if a piece falls outside roughly ±30 seconds/day in its first year) and power-reserve faults. It does not cover water damage from an unsecured crown, accidental impact, or normal cosmetic wear. Everyday water resistance is for light contact only — not swimming, diving, or showering.

3.3Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued by bank wire, cryptocurrency, or the original PayPal method, usually within 24 hours of our team receiving and inspecting the returned item.

IV. Representation & Liability

4.1Product Representation

We work to a close 1:1 standard. Minor batch-to-batch variations (for example, very small differences in printing or finishing) are inherent to manufacturing and are not considered defects.

4.2Limitation of Liability

NewCloneWatches.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the timepiece.

4.3Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public-health events, or carrier disruptions.
