Terms of Service & Client Agreement
Transparency is the foundation of trust. Below is the comprehensive agreement governing the formal relationship between you (the Client) and NewCloneWatches.com.

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to establish an account and place a commission on NewCloneWatches.com.
1.2 Product Availability: While we maintain an exclusive real-time inventory system (“Ready to Ship”), high-demand models may occasionally be subject to abbreviated waitlists. We will notify your concierge immediately should this occur.
1.3 Payment Security: We accept Bank Wire and Cryptocurrency. We reserve the right to request additional verification (KYC procedures) for first-time orders exceeding $2,000 to prevent fraud. This mutual security measure protects both parties.
1.4 Order Cancellation: You may unconditionally cancel your order for a full refund before the Master Quality Control (QC) media is approved. Once QC is approved and the parcel is dispatched to the carrier, the order cannot be rescinded.
II. Logistics & Customs Liability
2.1 Global Delivery: We partner exclusively with FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Our standard expedited delivery timeframe ranges from 5 to 15 business days globally.
2.2 Customs Responsibility (The “Safe Passage” Clause):
- Customs Seizure: Unlike standard merchants, we bear the absolute risk. If your parcel is retained by customs authorities, we will automatically issue a one-time Complimentary Reshipment or a Full Value Refund.
- Import Duties: While we deploy sophisticated “Triangular Shipping” methods to minimize jurisdictional duties, any localized import taxes levied by your respective government remain the responsibility of the acquiring client.
2.3 Lost in Transit: If the encrypted tracking status fails to update for a period exceeding 30 days, the package is legally deemed “Lost”. We will commission and dispatch a replacement immediately at zero additional cost.
III. Returns, Replacements & Warranty
3.1 The 7-Day Inspection Period:
- You possess 7 calendar days from the moment of delivery to inspect your timepiece.
- If a verifiable manufacturing defect is discovered, we provide a Complimentary Replacement (we absorb all return logistics costs).
- If you simply alter your decision, you may return the timepiece for a refund (client absorbs return shipping), provided it is 100% unworn and all factory seals and stickers remain intact.
3.2 The 1-Year Movement Warranty: We guarantee the mechanical movement for 12 months. This encompasses timekeeping accuracy and power reserve anomalies. It does not cover water damage resulting from an unsecured crown, accidental impact drops, or cosmetic wear and tear.
3.3 Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are executed via Bank Wire or Cryptocurrency within 24 hours of our technical team receiving and inspecting the returned item.
IV. Legal Disclaimer & Liability
4.1 Product Representation: We strive for absolute 1:1 horological accuracy. However, microscopic variations in batch production (e.g., nanometer font discrepancies) are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not classified as defects.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: NewCloneWatches.com shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the acquisition or use of our products. Our financial liability is strictly limited to the initial purchase price of the timepiece.
4.3 Force Majeure: We accept no liability for logistical delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or global carrier strikes.
