Three Steps to Settle

From buying USDT to confirming your transfer.

Open an account on your chosen exchange. Select “Buy”, specify USDT (Tether), and purchase the amount of your invoice.

Step II

Transfer

Go to your Wallet, choose “Withdraw” for USDT. It is essential to select the TRC-20 network.

Important: Confirm the TRC-20 network before sending. The wrong network means assets cannot be recovered.

Step III

Confirm

Enter the wallet address we provide (at checkout or via your advisor), complete the transfer, and send us the transaction receipt.

How long does a bank wire take?

International SWIFT transfers typically take 1 to 3 business days. Localised SEPA (EU) and Faster Payments (UK) often clear within the same business day.

Is paying by cryptocurrency safe?

Yes. Stablecoin transfers are fast and secure, and offer a greater degree of privacy than conventional methods. As with any transfer, the safeguard is simple: confirm the address and network before sending.

What if I make an error during the transfer?

Always double-check the recipient address and network before sending — assets sent to the wrong network cannot be recovered. If you would like reassurance, speak with your advisor before you proceed; we are glad to confirm the details with you.
