Order & Payment Confirmed
The moment your order is confirmed and payment received, our team immediately schedules your super clone watch for dedicated inspection. No queues. No delays. The process begins the same business day.
A unique QC tracking reference is assigned to your order, allowing our specialist to prepare the correct calibre verification tools and reference materials specific to your model.
QC Media Creation & Timegrapher Testing
Our specialist places the watch on a calibrated Timegrapher and records the three critical mechanical readings: daily rate, amplitude, and beat error. Only movements meeting our ±15s/day standard proceed to photography.
We then produce a comprehensive QC album — macro photography of the dial, case, bracelet, caseback, and movement — alongside a video walkthrough. This album is your verification record before anything is packaged.
Customer Confirmation & FedEx Dispatch
Your complete QC album is shared directly with you for review. Only upon your explicit approval do we proceed with final packaging. If anything does not meet your expectations, we adjust or replace the watch until you are satisfied.
Once approved, your super clone watch is packed with its full presentation set — box, papers, and cushion — and dispatched via FedEx International Priority, fully insured and duty-prepaid, with tracking from door to door.

Every super clone watch at NewCloneWatches must pass all three readings before it proceeds to photography. Consequently, the Timegrapher certificate included in your QC album is not a formality — it is a mechanical guarantee.

QC Process
Do all super clone watches go through the QC process?
+Yes — without exception. Every single super clone watch is individually inspected, Timegrapher-tested, and photographed before shipment. No timepiece leaves our facility without explicit customer approval of the QC media album.
Will I receive QC photos and videos of my specific watch?
+Yes. We send a complete, personalised QC media album — macro photographs of the dial, case, caseback, and bracelet, alongside video footage and your Timegrapher results. You review this before confirming shipment.
Can I reject the watch if I find an issue during QC review?
+Yes. If anything does not meet your expectations upon reviewing the QC album, we will adjust or replace the watch until you are fully satisfied. Dispatch only proceeds upon your explicit written approval — never before.
How long does the QC process typically take?
+The standard QC window is 3–5 working days after payment confirmation. Rare or limited references may require 5–10 days subject to sourcing availability. You will be notified of your specific timeline upon order confirmation.
Timekeeping & Timegrapher Standards
What accuracy standard must a super clone watch achieve to pass QC?
+All super clone watches must achieve ±15 seconds per day on a calibrated Timegrapher, with healthy amplitude (typically 270°+ at full wind) and an acceptable beat error below 1.0ms. Any movement failing these parameters is returned for adjustment before re-testing.
Will I see my watch’s Timegrapher results?
+Yes. The Timegrapher reading — showing daily rate, amplitude, and beat error — is included as standard in your QC album. Please contact our customer service team when you receive your QC media if you require the full recorded data.
What if my watch shows time deviation in daily use?
+A deviation of ±15 seconds per day is considered within normal parameters for a mechanical movement — this is consistent with COSC chronometer standards. If your watch runs significantly outside this range within the first year under normal use, our 1-Year Movement Warranty covers a full regulation service.
Warranty & After-Sales Service
Do you offer a warranty on super clone watches?
+Yes. Every timepiece is backed by our 1-Year Movement Warranty covering internal mechanical failures, and a 7-Day Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) protection plan for verified factory defects discovered within one week of receipt.
What does the 1-Year Warranty specifically cover?
+The warranty covers internal movement mechanisms exclusively. Covered issues include:
- Abnormal time deviation beyond ±30s/day under normal daily use
- Winding system failures (rotor, mainspring, keyless works)
- Calendar or date complication jumping issues
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
+To maintain fair and consistent service, the warranty does not cover:
- External components: Crown, bezel, crystal, bracelet, or clasp damage from daily wear
- Water damage: Exposure beyond light daily use (swimming, showering, sauna)
- Unauthorised modifications: Case opened by the collector or an uncertified watchsmith
- Physical impact: Damage from drops or shocks
Who covers shipping costs for warranty claims?
+Shipping responsibilities are determined by the nature of the claim:
- 7-Day DOA Claims: We cover all return and replacement shipping costs in full.
- 1-Year Warranty Repairs: The collector is responsible for shipping to our Hong Kong facility. Once repaired, we cover all costs for the return shipment.
Can I return the watch simply because I changed my mind?
+Yes. We offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Return for non-defective items. The collector is responsible for return shipping. The timepiece must be returned in 100% unworn condition with all factory protective films intact. Items showing any signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
Are super clone watches water-resistant?
+All timepieces are pressure-tested to confirm normal daily water resistance — suitable for light rain and hand washing with the crown fully screwed down. We strictly advise against swimming, diving, hot showers, or sauna exposure. Any water ingress resulting from such use is not covered under warranty.
