    Our Protection Guarantees

    7-Day DOA Protection

    If your acquisition arrives damaged or defective (Dead-on-Arrival), we will execute an immediate replacement upon verification.

    • Coverage: Verified factory defects noticeable immediately upon unboxing.
    • Cost: We absorb all return logistics and replacement shipping expenses.
    • Resolution: A pristine, brand-new replacement is issued.

    1-Year Movement Warranty

    We provide a comprehensive 1-year guarantee encompassing internal mechanical movement failures.

    • Coverage: Abnormal chronometric deviation (>±30s/day), winding mechanism failure, or calendar jumping inconsistencies.
    • Cost: Complimentary repair and parts. Client assumes inbound shipping; we cover outbound return.

    7-Day Satisfaction Return

    We accept returns for non-defective items strictly within 7 days of verified delivery.

    • Condition: Must be 100% unworn, with all factory protective plastics and seals intact.
    • Cost: Client is responsible for inbound return logistics fees.
    • Note: Refer to the altered condition clause below regarding removed seals.

    Standardized Return & Refund Procedures

    To ensure a secure and equitable process for both parties, all returns, replacements, and refunds are strictly subject to the following standard operating procedures:

    • 1. Inspection Prior to Resolution: For any return or exchange request, the client must physically return the item and provide valid tracking documentation. We do not issue refunds or dispatch replacement timepieces in advance. All returned items must first be received and thoroughly inspected by our receiving facility before authorization.
    • 2. Depreciation Fee for Altered Condition: Should you elect to return a non-defective timepiece for personal reasons, yet the factory protective films have been removed or the watch exhibits handling signs, the return requires managerial approval. If accepted, a depreciation and restocking fee of 20% to 40% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund. Timepieces devoid of protective films cannot be offered as brand new or returned to the factory. (This fee is entirely waived for verified manufacturing defects).
    • 3. Refund Issuance & Timeframe: Approved refunds will be executed exclusively back to the original payment method utilized during the transaction (e.g., Bank Wire transactions refunded via Bank Wire to the originating account). Upon inspection completion and refund initiation, please allow 1 to 5 business days for the capital to clear and reflect in your account.

    Case Sizing & Bracelet Specifications

    All our timepieces are engineered to exact 1:1 official specifications. Sizing discrepancies resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client are not classified as quality defects.

    • Standard Fitment: If your wrist circumference exceeds standard measurements, you must consult our concierge team to confirm sizing prior to placing an order.
    • Custom Strap Systems (e.g., Oysterflex): For specific references utilizing elastomeric straps, we allocate sizing based entirely on the wrist measurements provided by the client. If inaccurate data is supplied leading to improper fitment, the client assumes responsibility for purchasing replacement straps.
    • Steel Bracelets: Requests for supplementary stainless steel links must be communicated and confirmed by our team prior to shipment dispatch.

    Strict Warranty Exclusions

    To maintain fairness and structural integrity, our 1-year warranty is strictly limited to internal movement mechanisms. Following the protocol of authentic luxury boutiques, physical wear and external damage are excluded from manufacturing warranties.

    Warranty Void Conditions:

    • External Components: Loss or damage to the crown, pushers, bezel, crystal, bracelet, or clasps resulting from physical impact, snagging, or daily wear.
    • Water Damage: We guarantee resistance for daily hand-washing. However, swimming, diving, or showering voids the warranty. Internal condensation or fogging indicates improper crown sealing by the user.
    • Accidental Damage: Dropping the timepiece, resulting in shattered sapphire crystals, detached hour markers, or compromised balance wheels.
    • Unauthorized Intervention: Opening the case back yourself or utilizing an unauthorized local watchsmith immediately voids all warranty provisions.

    Lifetime Service & Out-of-Warranty Support

    Has your coverage period expired? Did an accidental impact compromise the sapphire crystal? We remain steadfastly committed to our clientele long after the initial acquisition.

    For all out-of-warranty concerns, accidental damages, or general maintenance, we offer our clients exclusive access to our master watchmakers at wholesale component pricing. You incur only the exact cost of the replacement part and logistics. We waive high labor premiums for our established clients.
