Quality Control: Our Process Before Every Shipment
Every timepiece is Timegrapher-tested, photographed, and approved by you before we dispatch. No exceptions.
The Protocol That Sets Us Apart
Every super clone watch that passes through our facility undergoes a three-stage inspection before a single photograph is taken. What you receive is not simply what we have sent — it is precisely what you have approved.
Our standard was not designed to satisfy a checklist. It exists because a collector who invests in a 1:1 super clone watch deserves the same assurance of mechanical integrity a genuine boutique provides. We simply deliver it transparently.
Every reading — Timegrapher results, amplitude, beat error — is included in your personal QC album. You have full visibility before we ship.
How Our QC Process Works
The exact protocol we follow from order to dispatch — for every timepiece.
Order & Payment Confirmed
The moment your order is confirmed, our team schedules your super clone watch for inspection. No queues, no delays — the process begins the same business day.
A unique QC reference is assigned to your order, so our specialist can prepare the correct calibre verification tools and reference materials for your model.

QC Media & Timegrapher Testing
Our specialist places the watch on a calibrated Timegrapher and records the three key readings: daily rate, amplitude, and beat error. Movements are calibrated to within ±15s/day before photography.
We then produce a complete QC album — macro photography of the dial, case, bracelet, caseback, and movement — alongside a video walkthrough. This is your verification record before anything is packaged.

Your Confirmation & Dispatch
Your complete QC album is shared with you for review. Only upon your explicit approval do we proceed with final packaging. If anything does not meet your expectations, we adjust or replace the watch until you are satisfied.
Once approved, your piece is packed with its full presentation set — box, papers, and cushion — and dispatched by insured priority service, fully tracked from door to door.
What the Timegrapher Measures
A Timegrapher is a precision acoustic instrument that analyses a movement’s mechanical behaviour in real time. It is the definitive objective test of a watch’s timekeeping — one no visual inspection alone can replicate.
Every super clone watch is calibrated to the readings below before it proceeds to photography, and the result is included in your QC album. A note on accuracy: a piece is calibrated to within ±15s/day at dispatch; a mechanical movement naturally drifts in daily wear, and within the first year, deviation beyond ±30s/day in normal use falls under the movement warranty.
These figures reflect typical readings most quality movements achieve, offered as a reference — a level comparable to chronometer-grade precision.

Quality Control — Frequently Asked
Full transparency on our quality control, timekeeping, and after-sales warranty.
QC Process
Do all super clone watches go through the QC process?
Yes — without exception. Every super clone watch is individually inspected, Timegrapher-tested, and photographed before shipment. No timepiece leaves our facility without explicit approval of the QC media album.
Will I receive QC photos and videos of my specific watch?
Yes. We send a complete, personalised QC album — macro photographs of the dial, case, caseback, and bracelet, alongside video footage and your Timegrapher results. You review this before confirming shipment.
Can I reject the watch if I find an issue during QC review?
Yes. If anything does not meet your expectations on reviewing the QC album, we will adjust or replace the watch until you are satisfied. Dispatch proceeds only on your explicit approval — never before.
How long does the QC process typically take?
The standard QC window is 3–5 working days after payment confirmation. Rare or limited references may require 5–10 days subject to sourcing. You are notified of your specific timeline on order confirmation.
Timekeeping & Timegrapher
What accuracy is the watch calibrated to during QC?
Each piece is calibrated to within ±15 seconds per day on a Timegrapher at dispatch, with healthy amplitude (typically 270°+ at full wind) and beat error usually below 1.0ms. These figures are a reference most quality movements achieve.
Will I see my watch’s Timegrapher results?
Yes. The Timegrapher reading — daily rate, amplitude, and beat error — is included as standard in your QC album. Contact our team when you receive your QC media if you require the full recorded data.
My watch shows some deviation in daily use — is that normal?
A mechanical movement naturally drifts with wear, position, and winding — this is normal and not a fault. Your piece is calibrated to within ±15s/day at dispatch. Within the first year, if it runs beyond ±30s/day in normal use, our 1-Year Movement Warranty covers a full regulation service.
Warranty & After-Sales
Do you offer a warranty on super clone watches?
Yes. Every timepiece is backed by our 1-Year Movement Warranty covering internal mechanical failures, and a 7-Day Arrival protection plan for verified factory defects found within one week of receipt.
What does the 1-Year Warranty specifically cover?
The warranty covers internal movement mechanisms only. Covered issues include:
- Abnormal time deviation beyond ±30s/day in normal daily use
- Winding system failures (rotor, mainspring, keyless works)
- Calendar or date complication jumping
What is not covered by the warranty?
To keep service fair and consistent, the warranty does not cover:
- External parts: crown, bezel, crystal, bracelet, or clasp affected by daily wear
- Water: exposure beyond everyday use — swimming, showering, sauna
- Unauthorised work: case opened by you or an outside watchmaker
- Impact: damage from drops or shocks
Who covers shipping for warranty claims?
It depends on the claim:
- 7-Day Arrival claims: we cover all return and replacement shipping in full.
- 1-Year warranty repairs: you cover shipping to our facility; once repaired, we cover the return.
Can I return the watch if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer a 7-Day Return for non-defective items. You cover return shipping, and the piece must be unworn with all factory films intact. Items showing signs of wear may be subject to a condition adjustment, confirmed to you before any deduction.
Are super clone watches water-resistant?
Timepieces are pressure-tested for everyday water resistance — light rain and hand washing with the crown fully screwed down. We strictly advise against swimming, diving, hot showers, or sauna. Water ingress from such use is not covered. See our Water Resistance Care Guide for full guidance.

Honest about where we stand — a long history under our former name, and a new one being built in the open.
A Decade of Standing
Our former profile for clonewatches.com earned 292 genuine reviews and ranked among the top watch companies before the page was removed. The 292 experiences are archived as proof on our reviews page — in English, German, French, and more.
Building Again, in the Open
Since moving to our new domain, we have begun a fresh Trustpilot presence. Every review is recent, and each one represents a newly delivered timepiece. We invite you to witness the reconstruction — and to verify us directly.
I’m very picky when it comes to watches, and this purchase is meant to be my last for several years, therefore all needs to be perfect.
Getting the watch, and viewing the quality check pictures, I cam see that literally nothing is out of place. Wright, craftsmanship, execution, polish everything is up to expectations. All links on the bracelet are perfectly fitting each other. I understand that ADs can’t differentiate between this and “the real thing” – this is just as much the real thing, only difference is the stamp was (maybe) done in a different country and thousands of dollars. This is the real deal – very satisfied!
Thanks team
Merci pour tout 🙂
Je recommanderai de nouvelles montres sans hésitation
I have had my Vacheron Constantin Overseas from them for about a year now, and it is still running very smoothly and looks almost brand new. The power reserve may have dropped from around 36 hours to closer to 30, though that may well be my own fault, as I have often worn it in the ocean and in the shower.
Overall, I could not be more pleased with the watch itself. The customer service has also been exceptionally reliable, responsive, and kind throughout.
