I have had my Vacheron Constantin Overseas from them for about a year now, and it is still running very smoothly and looks almost brand new. The power reserve may have dropped from around 36 hours to closer to 30, though that may well be my own fault, as I have often worn it in the ocean and in the shower.
Overall, I could not be more pleased with the watch itself. The customer service has also been exceptionally reliable, responsive, and kind throughout.
I was really looking forward to receiving the watch, but once it arrived, I was even more impressed. The quality, finishing, and attention to detail are excellent. You can truly see the care that went into it.
