We operate in a grey-area trade, and we respect every dealer who works honestly. Our commitment, though, is to you — a safe, transparent purchase.
A growing number of unauthorised sites now use our studio photography, our QC films, and even our policies to appear established overnight. They are not affiliated with us. When a seller borrows another’s media, one question remains: do they hold the watch, or only its picture?
We maintain no other websites, no agents, and no resellers. We never request payment through unsolicited social-media messages.
Such names change often; the way to verify does not. Anyone may copy an image — no one may copy a record. Ask for a live QC with today’s date and your order reference in frame. We provide it at once; borrowed media cannot.
The Circle — Our Collector’s Membership
We have introduced The Circle, a membership for our established collectors. The principle is plain: one credit equals one dollar in store value — no conversions, no expiry games.
Members accrue a steady 5% in credit on each acquisition, with a $5 credit on joining. Accrued credit redeems against future pieces, directly from your account.

For clients in regions where access to our main domain is restricted, we maintain an official mirror at ncw-portal.com. It is part of our own infrastructure — not a third party.
Your account, order history, and wishlist are synchronised across both domains; sign in with your existing credentials on either. Should you meet connection issues on the main domain, this mirror is a safe alternative. Both are listed in our Security Advisory as official — anything beyond the two is not us.

Regional Delivery Conditions
From time to time, regional logistics disruptions affect transit times to certain destinations — air-route adjustments and customs congestion among them. These conditions sit beyond our direct control.
If you are shipping to a region currently affected, we suggest allowing additional buffer time. Your timepiece remains safe throughout — this concerns movement, not the parcel. Our team monitors routing and prioritises alternatives where available.
