Quality & Craft

Adjustment service: let us know after ordering if you would like us to size the bracelet, and provide your exact wrist measurement. Please note that for sized bracelets, the protective film cannot be retained, and we cannot fully rule out minor marks during adjustment.

- Tamper-proof seal: a one-time seal closes the watch box. If you see an "OPENED VOID" label before opening, the box has been opened by someone else — contact us immediately and we will verify the situation and put it right.
