Absolutely Super 👍 I bought several watches and everything is top quality. Service communication and processing are also at the highest level. After a failed delivery, I was refunded the entire amount for the watch. Absolutely recommended. NCW are professionals 👍

Gute Auswahl an Uhren, klare Kommunikation. Der Prozess war transparent und einfach. Ich hatte eine Uhr außerhalb des Mainstreams gewählt, echtes Tourbillon und es ist tatsächlich eines (oft sind sie starr verbaut). Die Qualität ist top, für mich passt hier alles. Eine wunderbare Uhr und mit dem Service bin ich sehr zufrieden.

This was my first experience with NCW and overall I am super happy with the product I received. The Support was very polite and professional. They were always open for any question and answered them pretty fast. The quality of the watch is also very nice and it came with box and Papers. The only Thing I did not get it that the Booklet is for a Datejust but I ordered a Day Date.
Quality check was done as promoted. Shipment was transparent and without any issues.
Unfortunatelly the VSF Version for the Day Date was not offered but still the watch has a very good quality.
I am Sure this was not my last order.

Great customer service, clear and prompt communication. Honest and trustworthy company.
My timepiece arrived in canada with no issues whatsoever and the product is of very high quality.
Lee was very helpful and responded to my every question quickly and politely. 10/10 customer service and products.
