Status: Fully Operational / Regular Service Resumed
We are pleased to announce that our team has officially returned from the Chinese New Year break. Normal business operations have resumed today, March 4, 2026.
Orders & Shipping Updates:
- New Orders: We are now officially accepting new orders for all models. Our website and catalog are fully updated with the latest factory availability.
- Order Backlog & QC: All orders placed during the holiday break are being processed as a top priority. QC (Quality Control) photos and videos for these orders will be sent out in the order they were received.
- Shipping: Standard shipping and “Ready to Ship” logistics have resumed. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for our warehouse to clear the shipping backlog and provide tracking numbers.
- Factory Sourcing: Most major factories (VSF, Clean, 3KF, APSF, etc.) have resumed production. We are in direct contact with them to secure the best batches for your orders.

Status: Upcoming Holiday / Limited Operations
To celebrate the traditional Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) with our families, our team will be observing a scheduled holiday break. Please carefully review the following timeline to plan your orders:
Orders & Shipping Timeline:
- January 15, 2026: Cutoff for Standard Orders.
(Note: After this date, we will stop accepting regular orders. However, models listed in our Ready to Ship Collection are still available for purchase.) - February 05, 2026: All Shipping Paused.
Warehouse operations will close completely. (This is the absolute final shipping day for all orders, including “Ready to Ship” items.) - February 10, 2026: Full Staff Holiday Begins.
Our offices will close completely for the holiday break. - March 4, 2026: Normal Operations Resume. We will start accepting new orders and resume shipping.
Customer Support Schedule:
Regular customer service will pause on February 10th. However, we will have limited staff available specifically for urgent after-sales support on the following dates:

- Reshipping: In rare cases, packages may be returned by logistics hubs due to volume overload. If this happens, we will immediately generate a new tracking number and reship your order to ensure delivery.
