PPF has achieved what was once thought impossible: a true 1:1 replication of the legendary Caliber 240. Unlike cheaper versions that use decorative plates over bulky movements, this movement features a genuine off-center 22k gold-plated micro-rotor integrated into the base plate, allowing for the genuine ultra-thin profile.
To maintain the longevity of this complex movement, please follow this golden rule:
Do NOT manually over-wind the watch. When the Power Reserve hand points to “48” (Full), stop winding immediately. Forcing the crown beyond this point can cause the indicator mechanism to jam. We recommend winding only 15-20 turns to start, and letting the automatic micro-rotor do the rest.
