The heart of this 26240 is the APSF custom-built 4401 movement. Unlike previous modular chronographs (7750 modifications) that resulted in thick cases, this is an integrated movement design. This allows the watch to achieve the genuine 12.4mm thickness, sitting flush on the wrist just like the original.
Constructed from 316L stainless steel with heavy 18k rose gold plating (5 mils). The brushing direction on the bezel and bracelet links is razor-sharp.
The “Grande Tapisserie” pattern provides the correct depth and light play. The sub-dials feature the updated 26240 spacing and size.
Vertical brushing on the face with highly polished beveled edges. The 8 hexagonal white gold screws are recessed perfectly.
This is the critical spec. While older reps were bulky (14mm+), APSF has engineered this case to match the genuine dimensions exactly.
